not as realistic as advertised. I bought a professional mat hoping for a better interaction with the lawn. While it may have a thicker base, the "grassy" surface is only 1/4" thick. If you don't change your swing and make unrealistically thin contact, you could injure your wrist and elbow like I did. Mine Welcome mat is better. A total waste of $130. I had to spend the extra money and buy from 5 Star or Real Feel. Both mats have very plush tall "grass" that allows you to rock normally, comfortably, and safely.
