All-Purpose Carving Knife

Very well balanced and ergonomic. I find this to be a great replacement for some of my old stainless steel Sabatier knives. I find that this carving knife has a higher carbon content which allows it to hold the blade better.

Pros

This carving knife lets you quickly butcher and slice large cuts of meat, from brisket and roasts to ham and turkey. Also ideal for large fruit and vegetables. Strong magnets are built into the edge of the sheath to hold the blade of the knife. An innovative and stylish way to protect your blades and fingers.
