Under $11 was a bit skeptical. However, given all the good reviews and the need for a new kitchen faucet aerator, I decided to give it a try. Actually, this device isn't that big and looks cheap because it's powered by your water pressure. Installation takes less than a minute. After plugging it in, I turned on the water and the thing took off like an automatic fire hose. It has 4 settings 1-4, no on/off or ripple. Comes with two pictures and you can rotate the pictures 360 degrees. It is controlled by faucet on/off and water pressure control. Since I have a lot of water pressure, I only use level 2 with 3/4 water pressure. I like how I can use warm water. The teeth were pressure washed and felt like I had just received a professional cleaning from my dental hygienist. Just unbelievable! The aerator also works great when not attached. So I got two for the price of one. Now I saw that it is written out with 40.00. Of course it doesn't cost that much. Maybe 12 noon at most. The cord is short and twisted as written in most reviews. The reason I attached the kitchen faucet is to not lean as far. We'll see how long that lasts.
