Garbage! Cheap! Do not buy!
It didn't have a bell, it didn't have two flowers when I first opened it. They weren't in the package. The hanger was on the side which made my cat uncomfortable and the hanger fell off on the first day. It also wasn't posable to rotate properly. It wasn't worth the nearly $10 I paid for it! NOT RECOMMENDED! I requested a refund and Revain made the process easy and got my money back within days. Thanks Revin
