So they announced that it was just possible to take the goods to the point of issue and give the return number. No sooner said than done! Offers to call support. I'm dialing. In response to my questions, I heard only that they would contact me. It's been 2 days already. Nobody contacted. They wrote off the amount as for a complete set, and brought a vacuum cleaner and a crevice nozzle. I do not recommend anyone to use this service. The problem will be solved in court.
