The best thing about this software is that it can provide an overview of all important metrics within your organization, including customer behavior as well their interest levels towards different aspects such us pricing or product features etc.. There's nothing I dislike so far except for few minor issues like slow loading time but those are not really essential since they don't affect me personally much (maybe if you're working at peak hours when there will be more traffic). This makes tracking user interactions very easy to understand which leads into insights analysis easier than ever before - plus we also got better understanding from our customers regarding what part needs improvement most!
