weak even for a 35lb dogs

I really wanted to like this product. It was working great at first and after using it for a few weeks (daily use for 30 min), it fell off in the middle of ride (the bar holding dog's leash was detached from the other bar attached to my bicycle). My dog is not even big or heavy, she is only 35lb and I rode only on the road at a mild speed for my dog. I attempted to reconnect them and failed. Sad and disappointing.

Pros

The leash is so easy to install and very sturdy.

Cons

This worked great until the leash part that screws in stripped, due to the force of dog pulling on it.
