This phone was purchased in January of 2022. If it weren't for the appalling build quality, my first impression of the phone would be positive. In November of 2022, half of the screen began to display everything with a rosy hue. I turned in the phone under the terms of the warranty, and it was determined that the screen had burned out, which is a common occurrence. As a direct consequence of this, the authorized provider replaced the screen and the battery at no cost to the customer. In January of 2022, the phone stopped turning on, so I took it to the official service that I was already familiar with. There, they determined that the system board had burned out, which can only be replaced in its entirety and costs approximately 25,000 dollars, not including labor costs. Despite the fact that the phone itself was an excellent fit for me in every way, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product's quality. In general, there are significant doubts regarding the quality of Samsung's products due to the fact that both the TV and tablet that I owned from this company stopped working after only two years of use. In general, due to the fact that the smartphone broke, my confidence in Samsung has been entirely shaken, and as a result, I will no longer make use of the products manufactured by this firm.
