Works better than a large mug!
My fender and side door are dented. The surfaces were too curved for the large suction cup to catch. This worked very well when pulling out dents. I followed the instructions you can find in many youtube videos - clean the surface with window cleaner - wet the suction cup with window cleaner to get a good seal - from the edge to the center of the dent - slide the suction cup (after creating suction ) from a shallower spot to the problem area The only improvement I would ask for is to widen the grip so you can insert all four fingers.
