Bought this as a gift for my wife to match our wine subscription we started. It is great! It's easy to use, you just press the down button until the system stops spinning when the cork is all the way up, then press the up button until the cork falls into your hand, easy! I'll say to be sure, and you hold the button down until the system stops by itself, don't just stop when/when the plug comes out. There were no broken corks, no crunching with them. This thing holds a charge forever. I think the last time I charged it was 6 months ago, I've been averaging at least a bottle of wine a week and this thing hasn't slowed down yet. Actually, I'm a bit nervous that it will fail when uncorked. Better charging for the next 6 months.
