Review on GameXcel by Jimmie Trotto

I'm writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my most recent transaction with GameXcel, as a consumer. The website was cumbersome to use, taking forever to load, and having unclear tabs and options. When I did track down the products I was seeking, I was disappointed to see that they were priced significantly higher than same items offered by competing online merchants. When my order finally arrived, several of the goods were broken and poorly packed. It took numerous messages and calls to customer service before someone responded, and even then the issue wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. As a whole, GameXcel is not a retailer I can endorse. The website is cumbersome and expensive, and support is inadequate. Avoid unnecessary stress and go elsewhere to stock up on supplies for the kitchen and dwelling.
