I have 4 other controllers that work fine but this one doesn't work. The lights are dim, flashing and dimming but do not change color from orange. If you click any color in the first column, it will remain orange. If you click another color in the 2nd and 3rd columns, it will be disabled. We couldn't connect it through the app to see if it worked over Wi-Fi and tried several remotes from other devices (same company and style). ) and they didn't work either. Unfortunately, due to a delay on my part, the return window closed before I could turn on the light and find the problem. A separate note: If you have a lot of Wi-Fi enabled devices like we do, it can be very difficult (or impossible) to connect the app. It must be in the 2.4 range and cannot be filled with other devices when connected. We had to move a few devices from one router to another before we could connect our other devices. For those who work. I LOVE HER! I can create specific plans and manage all rooms from one app! (I've attached a picture of the lights working and a video of the non-working ones, the video is in darker conditions and should have been MUCH brighter than the picture)
