The single M.2 version of this card, PA09_HS, is a decent product, but I wonder if they had that in mind when designing. The card comes with a silicon spacer for the overlay heatsink, but also comes with two steel clips - presumably for securing the heatsink to the M.2 - but as one of the other reviewers noted, they are VERY hard and will scratch your M 2nd attempt don't even bother, because you're going to cry. Other models of this board also come with two double-sided M.2 silicone pads, just like the HP Z series has two silicone pads. Not this one - but luckily I only had to fit a single-sided M.2. Fair warning for M.2 newbies: A very good stainless steel grommet-shaped locking washer/washer is included to hold the SSD in place, but this only applies to M.2 models 2260, 2242 and 2230. The end of the 2280 already has one Stainless steel mount on the board so just screw it in from the top and slide the lock washer/washer down. However, if you follow the cryptic instructions, you might think you have to use both - an impossibility given the length of the screw. However, this is normal. If you have a 2280, don't use the extra bracket and just screw the SSD directly onto the stainless bracket on the board. To install. Did.
