Great bracket, much thicker than expected

I decided to try this bracket to strengthen my deck bolt. I did the last one and welded the bracket (first photo). I decided to try this to save time. I had to cut off the top a bit but it turned out great. The metal is much thicker than I expected. Saved me time!
