I personally love this product. The product is a reflective tape that reflects light when light is shined on the tape - just as advertised. The reason I'm emphasizing this point is because I've read some bad reviews where I thought it was like it would light up by itself like an LED. If you want LEDs, buy LEDs. The crappy video I posted there shows what to expect when there is no direct light. There are several spots where you can see the reflective tape flashing when light hits it. My son loves it, he's also ordering a blue kit for his bike. All in all, I would buy it again without hesitation.
