Overall I like the 45mm OLFA cutter. It's sharp and easy to hold. It seems easy to change blades. I'm spoiled for choice with the Fiskers 9mm circular knife, which has a safety button that locks the blade into a guard. On this, push the bolt to expose the blade, then pull to retract the blade. I often forget to put the blade back in the guard. I bought this to replace the 9mm circle cutter which I liked so much because you can only buy 9mm blades online for a higher price.
