great tool if you want automate monitoring your clients and orders
The system allows me to quickly get some information about my machine shop customers; I can also have an overview of our production process in order analyze what are we doing well or not so good with respecto quality control procedures (and how much time it takes). In addition there's nothing that i dislike at this moment - everything seems very clear for new users like us who don't know too many things regarding automation systems yet! We use mainly 3D printing services but sometimes other machining processes as grinding/turning when required by projects requirements such as size precision etcetera..
Pros
- Very simple installation, easy interface design / access from multiple platforms web browser included.
- Easy configuration management using only web technology tools:
- Extremely flexible architecture allowing almost any kind oof implementation you need..The best is just "plug & play" !!!!!! : ) ; )

- No support service provided free up till now
