It works well. The only pre-purchase issue was the impact on the in-screen fingerprint reader. This probably affects all screen protectors on this phone to some extent. The fingerprint reader works, but a little worse. I wonder if it will get worse with wear and tear over time. Learning new fingerprints was a bit tricky, but I was able to add 5 fingerprints with some persistence. Fingerprint unlock works most of the time. There are times when one finger works better than the others, I need multiple attempts, or all attempts fail. I think it might be the lighting conditions, but that's speculation. I prefer glass protectors because they offer shock resistance if the phone is dropped. One day my phone flew out of my pocket off the top of a roller coaster, landed on the sidewalk and the screen was fine (with the protection damaged).
