Review on πŸ”Œ Cardone 47-1104 Remanufactured Power Window Lift Motor: Reliable Replacement for Smooth Window Operation by Michael Gupta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice engine though. Check Toyota Service Bulletin First

Use this to replace the rear window motor on a 2001 Sequoia. The exchange took about 45 minutes. The window goes up and down like new. The motor comes with 2 crimp connectors instead of the factory connector. I was able to just peel the sticky sealant from where the two wires enter the motor housing, so I unsoldered the old connector wiring and soldered it to the new motor. I just squeezed the sticky sealant back into the motor case to keep the joint from rusting. I also removed the "brake" from the mechanism. Try it - Toyota has a service bulletin that mentions the rear disc brake: http://www.toyotapart.com/Back_Door_Power_Window_Inoperation_TSB011510.pdf
