I'm 6 feet tall and 250 pounds. I started using an iron bull after trying a lever back brace. After liking how well it worked I decided to replace all my old stuff with an iron bull. I have bangles and bangles. The straps were much better than my old ones compared to when they were new. The padding is much better and the bandages don't dig into my skin when pulled hard. Then I had sleeves to my knees. When I wear them I don't feel any pain in my knees and the firmness I get from them is amazing. So I decided to get sleeves to the elbow. I've never had one and after my right elbow started to hurt from a tendon problem I thought let's try it. When they are on me I feel no pain. I'm a large size, they fit snugly around my arms and don't move when I'm doing exercises. My off-table measurement was 13 inches and I'm happy with the large size. I'm pretty sure the Iron Bull will be my gear of choice. Great products and great price.
