I am very satisfied with this product. It's easy to assemble. It comes together like a craft toy, but the notches are cut to very tight tolerances. This is good because it means the finished product is very durable. I ordered two units. Each unit should have 6 cross braces for the neck and 6 for the bottom. One of the units I received had a 9 and a 3 that wouldn't work. I sent a device back to myself free of charge and received a replacement. There were no problems or hassles. This is a good company to work with.
