The best part is that it saves time by automating routine tasks of uploading documents to BCS (Business Center Solution). It also allows us to link multiple files at once for better accuracy which was not possible before using this software. We are able to automate our process without any user intervention or error prone manual work. This tool has been very helpful in reducing errors while saving more than 7 hours per week manually when compared to old way where we used to upload each file individually through email & FTP method after getting approval from users first.
