This monitor stand was relatively easy to assemble and adjust. The instructions are good. I have two 19.5 inch monitors stacked on top of each other. Adjusting the tension of the mounting arms was easy, but keep turning the screw. It took a few turns for the tension to get low enough. Despite the fact that there is a sticker in the box stating that there are parts under the molded divider, I did not see it. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another part. No questions. Due to lack of space at the end of my desk (filing cabinets next to the desk) I wasn't able to line up the clip attachment properly. I got it working with a 3/8" slice of wood. Not perfect, but stable enough. My adaptation barely gives 4 stars for stability, but properly assembled it deserves 5 stars.
