If you love plastic, you'll love Dyson Animal. Everything about it is plastic, so parts break all the time. If you bump into something (quite possible if you're using it), a random piece will break off. If you use an extension cord (made of plastic), it will eventually break. When I tried to unblock the extension today, the spring for it popped up. Trying to hold the spring and extension at the same time, the handle fell about 6 inches and broke. It started out as a great vacuum, but when its plastic timer kicks in, be prepared to keep breaking just from using it.
