Review on 🚚 Tyger Auto TG-HC3D002B Class 3 Hitch & Cover Kit for Dodge Ram 1500 & Ram 2500/3500: Factory Style, 2" Rear Receiver Hitch Tow Towing Trailer Hitch Combo Kit (2003-2018) by Rob Rogers

Installation is simple and relatively easy but when I pulled my bolts through the cross member the wire broke and now the bolt and base plate are stuck in the cross member and I am unable to complete the installation. It annoys me enough that I could deal with the short cord complaints and bypass it, but when I can't get that bolt out I get angry. ***Update 7/7*** I'm so glad I was able to tweak something to get it off the cross and I hope this post helps someone else. Wire hanger (THICK CAMERA) and straightened it, keeping the curved part of the hanger that served as a hook. I was able to slip my finger through a small hole just big enough to feel the part and thread the hook around the bolt. (there is a plate welded to the stud for easy hooking if you have space) then I pulled the part out. It took me a few tries but can you imagine the relief or how much would it cost to have a shop do it for you? The second wire didn't break, but I ordered two extra wires from Tiger for the remaining screw. We'll see how it goes. I upgraded it from 1 to 3 stars because overall the product is pretty well made and will no doubt get the job done, but not worth having a fishing wire lock. the most inappropriate times, aside from that, it's a big catch.
