Easy! It took me less than 1/2 hour to install. They went really really fast. It may have taken longer to lower the spare tire to make room. The upper bumper cover screw snapped back perfectly. Zero problems with wire or bolt holes. This is my fourth Tyger product (arm, stone rail, cover, hitch) and I am completely satisfied with all of their products. The 12mm hex and 21mm socket are tools. I don't have a 12mm hex so I used a 7/16 hex. worked fine A++

I wear skinny jeans and listen to punk rock on the weekends. I also have a 2019 Dodge Ram Warlock Classic that needed to be attached. I watched the video and just installed this hitch. Tip 1: Make sure the guide wire is securely attached to the bolt when you pull it out, otherwise it may come loose and get stuck. If this happens, take a garden hose and run it from end to end to flush out the screw. That happened to me. 15 minutes installation if all goes well.

This receiver is dangerous. I towed a caravan that fits nicely in this receiver, with a hitch to distribute the weight. My trailer is 500 pounds and the trailer weight is 5000 pounds. The second time I towed my trailer, it pulled the bolt that goes through the bumper out of the receiver about 1/2 inch. Now I have to cut the screw and hopefully not damage my bumper in the process. Installation is simple and relatively easy but when I pulled my bolts through the cross member the wire broke and now the bolt and base plate are stuck in the cross member and I am unable to complete the installation.
