I chose it as a tester because it leaves no residue, smells minimally pleasant and does its job perfectly. There is no need to. Reapply between washes - wetting will reactivate it. Unlike other leave-in conditioners for frizzy hair, this conditioner leaves hair feeling soft - comfortable to the touch but not heavy. Brings out curls perfectly.
