Easy install, looks great, haven't had any issues for months
Looks great and easy to install. Yes, the front grill needs to be removed. But it's really easy. There are some black plastic pins on the top of the grid. Just take a small screwdriver or knife and remove the center of the pin, then you can remove the rest of the pin. Only lasts a minute. Then insert the inserts and snap them into place. ready. Another reviewer talked about stopping birds from getting in there, like when you hit them mid-air. I had 2 birds that landed in the company of seven slots and it wasn't interesting to pull them out. This will stop it.
