Looks good. I was worried about them falling out as I saw some other reviews saying they fell out or the clips broke during installation. However, I did NOT remove the grill. I started on the driver's side, installed it and worked my way through the grille. I inserted my half into the slots to hold the back of the grill while pushing these inserts in, you can hear an audible "click" as it snaps into place. For the latter, I simply reached across the bottom of the grill and pushed the insert in.

The clip on this version fits easily and securely onto my 2014 JKU Rubicon and they look pretty good. I removed the grille which helped. Make sure you point them in the right direction. The wider part goes down. The only issue I had was the clips would peel paint off the inside of the slots like potato skins when pushed in and slid into place.
