The most beneficial tool in Customer Service Management

We have been using livehelp for our online sales team to manage all of their interactions with customers from start-to finish within one platform! It has helped us reduce internal calls between departments as it allows everyone involved (customer care agent/sales rep) access right away without having them pick up phones or call center agents - saving both money AND resources!! I wish there was an option where we could see who is currently logged into each chat window so that when someone leaves they don't leave messages behind but instead close out completely like any other app would do.- no need for multiple apps anymore because everything can be done through 1 single program.
