The most beneficial tool in Customer Service Management

We have been using livehelp for our online sales team to manage all of their interactions with customers from start-to finish within one platform! It has helped us reduce internal calls between departments as it allows everyone involved (customer care agent/sales rep) access right away without having them pick up phones or call center agents - saving both money AND resources!! I wish there was an option where we could see who is currently logged into each chat window so that when someone leaves

Excellent Chat Experience For Your Clients

The live support experience can be integrated into Salesforce with ease, so all your communication is centralized and available for end users to use when contacting technical support issues/questions - saving both parties (the client and the tech) from calling multiple other departments that could potentially delay their problems solving needs!
