They worked and fixed my window wouldn't go down, the motor burned out which was the first thing for me, usually with designs like this, the cable usually breaks first then the window just falls in the door but I would recommend before removing the door panel (if the window doesn't go down or up) check your switch first to make sure it works, this is too a common problem with these trucks. Also lubricate the slide mechanism in the regulator so it slides up and down faster. My video shows them moving without any lubrication (they come pre-lubricated but I don't think that's enough. Also spray wd40 in the window channels where the window moves to help the regulator).
