These Thirty 48 are beautifully painted. I love that they have an L and R so you know which is which and it's pretty darn cute! They are super comfy! The fit is nice and snug, but not where it's uncomfortable. And "just right" comes in handy when you actually forget you're wearing socks, but you know you're wearing them because your feet are warm. I first bought 1 pair of Thirty 48s just to try them out. I ended up going back and buying 3 more the next day! They are slightly thicker but not too thick where your shoes would look too tight or too small. Again, I'd say it's a more comfortable "just right" thickness. I can only recommend Balega socks. I also bought Balega Hidden Comfort socks. I have 6 pairs. Among these and these Thirty 48 socks, they really are the best socks I've ever bought. You really don't know you're wearing socks! They really are that comfortable! Socks are shipped prewashed for quality control. They even get a sticker with a photo of the employee who checked them out! Note: I've had my hidden amenities for about 6 months and use them for a job that requires me to run my entire shift so I've put a lot of miles on it. They also take a long time to wash. I haven't had any issues with any holes or wear. In fact, they look just as good as the day I received them. Built with conscience!
