I used these for my new build with a Ryzen 5 3600 and Gigabyte x570 aorus Elite motherboard. I kept having crashes showing kernel error event 41 and the audio popped and popped when playing intense games. I tried a number of different things to find the problem and finally disabled the xmp profile and found that I had no crashes, re-enabled xmp and the crashes came back. Found a review on newegg and someone had a similar issue and they overclocked it just below the default XMP profile frequency and that fixes the issue. I did the same and it solved the problem for me too, I think I have a 3526MHz or 1763 EA Stick. I tried increasing the supply voltage and that didn't stop the crashes, but to be honest I've never really bothered with overclocking and didn't want to damage anything, so I didn't go much further than factory. I checked the Gigabytes website for the supported RAM sticks for my motherboard and processor combination and they weren't listed (this was after I already found out I was having issues with them). I think there will be a new update to the BIOS at the end, however they are 100% compatible and honestly I don't mind running my RAM at just under 3600MHz as it's still better than 3200MHz. They look good and I like the light, but I would choose another model that is listed as compatible with my phone and processor combo. might have to do some work.
