The ideal adapter, the best among spare parts
Suitable for 91 VW Jetta. The shaft adapter must be removed. This will also work on any water cooled VW from 75 to 95 if you remove the large spline adapter on the 90+. The only reason I say before 95 is because the airbags started in 96 and removing them is not recommended. The only problem I had was the adapter rubbing on the turn signal housing under the steering wheel. All I had to do was loosen the clamp on the ignition holder and move it further away.
