The bag must be filled before each use as it loses air. A little annoying, but not groundbreaking. It's a bit heavy so you'll have to hit it hard if you're trying to get decent speed. The swivel is absolute junk, just throw it away as soon as you get it. But the swivel separately when you buy this bag. The leather strap you use to attach the bag is too long. The bag will end up peeping over the edge of a standard 2 foot platform. So if you are standing against a wall, you need to change the connecting loop to make it shorter, otherwise the bag will bounce off the wall. The bag warps when it is filled and becomes very hard, so be sure to wear bandages. It hit my joints pretty well. I am currently looking for anthers after 2 weeks with it. This is my first speed bag so my rating for this bag may change after trying a more reputable brand depending on how the new bag performs. However, the swivel is bullshit, I'm sure I'll say it.
