Review on 🔧 Sunex 254D Openings Standards with Chamfered Edge by Julio Montano

I used this to remove and tighten the gear nut (part number T440) on a 1969 Triumph 650 and also a 1961 650. Works for all 4-speed Triumph 500/650 up to 1972. Not suitable for 5-speed transmissions. You need to have a hole deep enough to clear the transmission input shaft and this one does just that. The repair manual says "tighten nut as tight as possible". I find that 35 ft/lb in combination with a standard washer (T2116) is sufficient.
