We were able to get our transcriptionist in less than 24 hours after submitting documents from home or office with no errors at all. The customer service team also did an excellent job of walking us through everything step by step so there weren't any surprises along the way which can be frustrating when you're trying something new under pressure. This software could definitely improve its search feature as well because sometimes typing into certain fields would not bring up anything but if they put more thought into this then perhaps their users will have better results overall. Easy accessible transcribing system for medical staff who work remotely while still being able to submit paperwork directly online without having to wait days for turnaround time.
