Review on 🔆 5-Watt Solar Battery Trickle Charger by Sunforce - Black by Brandon Carraway

This is my second Sunforce charger, just an updated version of the first one which has lasted over 8 years and is mounted on the roof of our diesel generator 'house'. In Northwest Florida we get plenty of wind and tropical weather, as well as mostly fair weather and sunshine. The starter for our generator is a 12V battery; We live in a rural area where power outages are not uncommon and when they do occur repairs can be delayed by hours or days. It is very important to keep our battery charged. I attribute the 8 year life of our latest battery to our previous Sunforce charger. My only issues with the new model are that the slightly smaller size required 2 new screw holes in my roof and the charging cable is only 3ft long, about 3ft shorter than its predecessor. BUT, if you need a charger, this is a winner.
