Great product! It's very easy to use. I bought a Launch CRP909E last month and used it in a car to check codes and it worked fine. I tried this on my Subaru that I bought the unit for and couldn't program the buttons or anything! I contacted US launch tech support and they told me they couldn't help me because it wasn't purchased from them, REALLY! So I sent the device back and bought the Xtool EZ400 Pro. Xtool EZ400 Pro is great and you don't pay for software updates, you can take it for a test drive and it comes with a 5 year warranty!
