Inexpensive starter

Good relay kit, all looks good. Supplied in a beautiful plastic box as an optional extra. The relays are sealed at the bottom to prevent water and moisture ingress and premature contact deterioration. , this is fine for most of the applications they are used for and making them with a large default size would not be good as they are more difficult to work with. If you need to switch really high currents, just connect it directly to the cable and not to the relay sockets. Point in the future, take a utility knife and loosen the edge on the tip of the man's tongue so it doesn't snap. This makes it easier to slip off. Mounting tabs are supplied in a separate pouch for use when needed; They break almost permanently after pressing because of the need to peek when trying to remove them. You could probably leave them disabled until you're ready to mount, as the central ones might not be needed in a mass install. Red is COM (pin 30), Yellow is NC (pin 87a), and Blue is NO wire. (terminal 87) white and black are coil inputs labeled 14V input The input voltage was about 7.8V and the output voltage was about 3V Contacts together with more force and reduces the contact resistance. The contact resistance was measured using a test current of 1 A, and the normally open (NO) contact of terminal 87 indicated about 4.9 mฮฉ and the normally closed (NC) contact 87a indicated 6.8 mฮฉ. This corresponds to a terminal voltage drop of 0.2 V at full load. However, as they deteriorate over time and under load expect them to increase and if you drive under full load all the time it will start to heat up and deteriorate faster and faster until it fails. You can periodically measure the voltage drop while the load is running to identify boundary conditions that may indicate an impending fault. Check your setup by using a mV range DMM and measuring the splices. If you have significant voltage readings on closed loops, it could indicate bad contacts in the relay socket, a bad relay, or just a bad connection. A small amount of dielectric grease on the relay terminals keeps the socket pins from deteriorating over time when used in harsh, moisture-prone environments. The crimps on the sockets looked good and even, there were no problems. Generally very beautiful and useful. relay kit.
