I don't understand why this column has so many positive reviews. Sure, it sounds pretty good, but not much better than my TV's built-in speaker. I connected the speaker to my Element Fire TV (not a flash drive) via Bluetooth. PROS: - The sound is pretty good, but not much better than my TV's built-in speaker - It comes with all the cables you need to get it hooked up - Bluetooth connection was very easy CONS: - My biggest complaint is that it's so is supposed to tell you everything he does, to the extent that the walls of Jericho can come down. The set volume does not affect the commentary volume and cannot be switched off. Whenever it is turned on/off, it screams POWER ON or POWER OFF. Because of this, I've decided to leave it on all the time, and I'll explain the reason for the LED later. The problem with this is that I'm connecting via Bluetooth, so about two minutes after I turn off the TV it screams: BLUETOOTH DISCONNECTED. Which, let me tell you, has scared the shit out of me more than once. The Bluetooth connection is interrupted. It works most of the time, but regularly drops out for about a second. It might not sound like much, but you can easily miss a few words of dialogue in just a second. - The remote control is tiny, flimsy and feels cheap. - At least with my Element Fire TV, the only way to control the volume. Connected to the TV remote control via Bluetooth. Each wired connection requires the use of a tiny remote control. A BRIGHT red LED looks up at you when the speaker is off, as if looking into your soul, and prompts you to turn it back on. After all, the blue light, which shines like the sun when switched on, can be switched off.
