Construction appeared to be good, looked believable and had a nice finish. Nice subtle graphics. I really wanted to keep them but they didn't fit my old Ultegra 6600 calipers. With the new pads there was no gap and couldn't close the exhaust. I heard some people got them working by sanding down the pads but it didn't seem right. They barely cleared the frame even with the 25mm tire. As mentioned earlier, mounting tubular tires was a challenge. I found that I had to mount the tire without a tube, then remove the front end and mount the tube starting at the valve stem. I definitely needed leverage, I might have to call a friend when I got an apartment. Would probably be great on a newer bike and they accepted return with no problem.
