I have had one for only 10 days but this camera is so much better than all of my other 5 Hikvision cameras that I wish they were all acusense. This is replacing a DS-2CD2383G0-I that kept triggering of tree and cloud shadows. I have a DS-7616NI-I2/16P NVR. This camera not only solved my shadow trigger issue, it also increased my regions from 1 to 4 and added Region entry, Region Exiting and Sudden Scene Change to my list of Smart Analysis options. All of the Perimeter Protection options also have Target detection for Human and Vehicle. It also has a Mic so I can hear sound and you can set it up to be muted normally and have sound when it triggers. Just wish there was an upgrade path for all my non-acusense cameras and NVR. Got a shadow or other light issue ? get one of these.
