Functional with issues
It works and handles 4k@60 correctly. It's thin so it looks good on the underside of my desk. I was disappointed that it doesn't provide power over USB-C so I still have to plug in my laptop but that's no big deal. Slot C is active, connected monitor never sleeps (permanently sleeps/wakes up). I have contacted the manufacturer and they are aware of the problem but have not come up with a solution yet. If they can fix the sleep/wake monitor issue, I'll upvote. Otherwise I'll consider sending it back.
