My trainer recommended this to me. At first I didn't like it because if I got snagged on the headgear (not my head), the headgear would wrap around my head and block my view. leaves me vulnerable and frustrated. I almost bought a new one until I tried something. I have one of those thin reusable cases for hot weather. For example those that you can use as a face shield against dust and dirt, balaclavas, rags or hats. I cut them into four pieces to wear as a sheer forehead bandage. This stopped the slide. Also, I like it because I can wash the bandages and wipe the headdress. The suedes that most people have are difficult to clean. Anyway, I want to save my brain cells, so I use these.
