Review on 🌀 Fanimation F97910BN - Levon 63" Ceiling Fan, Brushed Nickel with Walnut Blades and Pull Chain by Betsy Mitchell

Installed this in the bedroom of our new house and have been very happy with it for about 6 weeks. I have purchased several indoor ceiling fans over the years and have always felt that there could be something better. When assembling this fan, I was impressed, as were other reviewers, by the design and workmanship of the parts. The big plus was that the fan worked immediately without any counterweights. We use this fan at speed two every night and can't hear a thing. Very satisfied and would buy again. FYI we only had 8 inch ceilings and I wanted this fan closer to the ceiling and bought a kit that allows you to change the hanging height. If you look at the kit I bought you lose the ability to use the ball and socket method that is used when installing a standard fan - you basically have to screw the bracket to the ceiling and then screw the fan to the bracket which isn't like that easy. how heavy is this fan I went with the standard install and the ball head method made the install quick and easy. The fan hangs a little lower than they would suggest with an 8ft ceiling, but mine is 6ft and I can walk under it with ease.
