Quantity not twenty pieces. Arrived in a heavy box that looked like a mailing envelope. Twelve ferrite elements in a freezer bag. Five others were loosely tossed into a shipping container as if sewn on to make up for the apparent defect. We brought the total to sixteen articles, not twenty. Three larger diameters were open, the rest were locked. They are difficult to open unless you have instructions (there aren't any) or if you know the secret. I managed to get the three sizes I needed to open and toss the rest in the e-bin. Audio cables to my Blue Yeti Pro mic and seem to have eliminated the annoying high frequency transient overload that would freeze my Blue and make my computer look for another audio driver and device. So can't rate them, other than the two I used they seemed to work fine so they must be a decent ceramic mass. It's probably a decent product and I'd be happy if it was twenty as advertised. Maybe pieces means counting open portions, who knows. No instructions, poor packaging control. If they didn't have so many flaws I might have rated them much higher. I thought I would buy a new item. Too much hassle to post back or take the time to call. Just smile and endure, live and learn.
