The lip balms arrived very quickly. I originally wanted a tube of the product but apparently they don't make it that way anymore and these four packs were cheap and I figured they would still work well. That's right, the only difference from the original product sold in tubes is that this product appears to have been refurbished. My original product had a hint of menthol. This product has more than one touch. I don't really like menthol but it works in this product. If you like menthol in lip balm, this product is for you!
