During a tumultuous time in my life, I dedicated the only "free” evening in weeks to measuring, calculating and mapping out a gallery wall for nine frames in entryway. Took them all out of the package, flipped them over upside down, to measure the exact placement of the hooks and then mapping out their placement on the wall. After FINALLY hanging them (horizontally), I stepped back and realized all were hanging crooked, the left side hanging almost an inch lower than the right! I look at the back and the hooks are all attached off-center. All 12 (had to buy 3 sets of four to get 9). All hang lop sided. And, one has defective glass: a swirly mark is imprinted in the glass and it’s very noticeable, as the light bounces off it from every direction. No way to contact seller, I would happily reach out to them to ask them to simply send me new back inserts for the frames with centered hooks, if they could do that, there wouldn’t be a need to ship all 12 back to them. What a waste of 3 hours. What a freakin joke. I’m sure China doesn’t care, they’ll keep sending these defective frames to whomever will buy.
